"I believe you don’t have to suffer to feel good."

My relationship with fitness started early—around 15 years old—and, like many people, it didn’t begin in the healthiest way.

At the time, I believed that love & acceptance were tied to achieving a certain body type. I did reach that goal on the outside—but without the education, nourishment, or self-respect I have today.

"You don’t have to earn rest. You don't have to choose between feeling good & pursuing your goals."

Leaving that chapter was my turning point. Today, I coach people to feel confident in their bodies, safe and strong in their movements, and supported by habits that actually fit their busy lives.

My approach today:

  • 02 I eat to fuel my body.
  • 03 I rest when needed.
  • 04 I enjoy food without guilt.

My work is rooted in helping people build strength & consistency in a way that’s sustainable. Because when fitness supports your life instead of controlling it, that’s when real progress happens.

How I Work with Clients.

Personal Training

1:1, partner, small-group, and virtual personal training so you feel stronger in daily life, confident in your choices, and consistent even on your busiest days. Intentional, supportive, and adaptable to your real life—no extremes required.

Resident Personal Trainer

Partnering with luxury apartment communities to provide consistent on-site fitness classes and personal training. Programs focused on accessibility, community, and sustainable routines.

Wellness Challenge Host

4-week wellness reset challenges for small and large groups. Focused on small, daily actions that feel fulfilling and rewarding—supporting momentum without burnout.

Wellness Coaching

Weekly check-ins and fully customized, trackable routines via my app. We build habits around a tailored set of helpful modalities (such as movement, nourishment, journaling, and recovery) for total 'feel good' well-being.
